AirCast is a webinar platform for B2B teams. You create an event once, schedule one or more sessions under it, share the registration link, and host the live session in the browser. Each session can be recorded, and the replay plays back at the same watch URL afterward.
Events and sessions
An event is the long-running container. It holds the title, description, branding, registration form, presenters, and reminder emails.
A session is a single dated instance of the event. Each session has its own date, time, duration, room, and attendee list. Everything else (branding, registration, reminders) is inherited from the event.
A session can be saved without a date - it stays in draft status until you schedule it.
Registration
Every event has registration on by default. The default form asks for email and name; you can add custom fields under the event's Registration settings.
If you turn off "Registration required to watch" in the event settings, the session's landing page becomes openly accessible at its URL.
In the live room
When a session goes live, attendees see the speaker video plus the side panels you've enabled on the event:
- Chat (on by default). Two visibility modes: Open - viewers see each other, or Presenters only (viewers' messages stay hidden from other viewers).
- Q&A (off by default). Same two visibility options. Answered questions are always shown to everyone.
- Reactions - short-lived emoji feedback from the audience.
- People tab - optional; lets attendees see who else is in the room.
Attendees join from any modern browser. There is no download.
Recording and replay
Under Settings > General, you can enable Record sessions for this event. When the toggle is on, every session under the event is recorded automatically. Once the broadcast ends and the recording finishes processing, the replay plays at the same watch URL attendees used for the live session - no separate link, no extra step.
While the recording is still being processed, the page shows "Session ended, recording will be available here shortly". The after-no-show reminder email can include the recording URL via the {{recording_url}} merge tag.
Reminders
Every event ships with five reminder email templates. Each can be edited or disabled under Settings > Reminders:
- 24 hours before the session.
- 1 hour before.
- 10 minutes before.
- After the attendee joined the live session (thank-you).
- After the attendee missed the live session (follow-up).
What's next
The fastest way to see how all this fits together is to set up the first one - that takes about five minutes. Continue to Create your first event.
