How We Share Information
We share information only as described in this Policy:
- With organizers. When you register for a webinar, your registration details, attendance, and engagement signals (chat, questions, watch time) are shared with the organizer hosting the event. The organizer is an independent controller of that data and applies their own privacy practices to it.
- With service providers. We use vetted third parties to deliver the Services. See "Service Providers" below for the categories.
- For legal reasons. We may disclose information when required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of AirCast, our users, or the public.
- In a business transfer. If AirCast is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify affected users in advance where required by law.
We do not sell Personal Information.
Service Providers
To deliver the Services we rely on a small set of trusted service providers (also known as sub-processors). Each one processes Personal Information only on our instructions and under a written data-protection agreement that obligates them to a level of protection no less protective than the one in this Policy. We use sub-processors for the following purposes:
- Cloud hosting, storage, and database infrastructure.
- Real-time audio and video delivery for live webinars and recording.
- Subscription billing and payment processing.
- Transactional email and SMS delivery (registration confirmations, reminders, account notices).
- Error monitoring, performance analytics, and customer support.
- Geographic IP lookup to choose the visitor's default interface language.
Our primary hosting and storage provider is Amazon Web Services (AWS). The Services and stored Customer Data, including session recordings, are hosted on AWS infrastructure. Other sub-processors operate within the European Union, the United States, or Israel.
Customers who require a written Data Processing Agreement, Standard Contractual Clauses, or a current list of named sub-processors can request these at legal@useaircast.com.
Third-Party Content
The Services may contain links to, or embed content from, third-party websites and services (for example, calendar providers, identity providers, or analytics tools an organizer chooses to enable). Those third parties operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their practices, and your use of third-party content is at your own risk.
Security
We apply technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access. These include encryption in transit, restricted access to production systems, regular review of access controls, and standard infrastructure hardening.
No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure. You are responsible for choosing a strong password, protecting the credentials of your account, and notifying us promptly if you suspect any unauthorized use.
Cookies and Tracking
We and our service providers use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, secure the platform, measure usage, and operate features such as the chosen interface language.
Most browsers allow you to refuse or delete cookies. If you disable cookies, parts of the Services may not function correctly.
Marketing emails may include tracking pixels that tell us when an email is opened or a link is clicked, so we can measure engagement and improve communications.
Your Rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request to access, correct, or delete your Personal Information, object to or restrict certain processing, or receive a portable copy of your data. You may also withdraw consent for processing that relies on consent.
To exercise these rights, contact us at legal@useaircast.com from the email address associated with your account.
If you are a registrant or attendee of a webinar hosted by an organizer, please contact the organizer directly for requests relating to the webinar data they control. We will support the organizer in responding to your request.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in your jurisdiction.
Data Retention
We retain Personal Information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services. We may retain certain information after account closure to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and abuse, and enforce our agreements.
Recordings, registration lists, and engagement data are retained according to the plan and configuration chosen by the organizer.
International Transfers
AirCast is operated from Israel and uses service providers in other jurisdictions, including the European Union and the United States. Where we transfer Personal Information across borders, we rely on lawful transfer mechanisms (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) to ensure an appropriate level of protection.
Children
The Services are intended for use by adults in a professional context. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with Personal Information, contact us and we will take steps to delete it.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The "Effective" date at the top of the page reflects the latest revision. For material changes, we will provide notice through the Services or by email before the change takes effect.
